The Form 8 is a warrant that allows for someone to be conveyed to hospital on an involuntary basis. This is granted by a judge after evidence is presented at the Court of King's Bench. YBR is a services that collects evidence on the behalf of loved ones and presents this at court. Once the individual is conveyed to hospital, YBR team members liaise with the hospital staff to provide collateral assessments to assist in information gathering.
